We want you to love your Princess Polly fit, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or a 110% store credit to use on your next haul.
Print & Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the parcel.
Drop It Off
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location; once received at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 6 business days.
